Honey mustard glazed locally smoked leg ham*
Turkey breast stuffed with a walnut and apricot stuffing, served with gravy and house made cranberry jelly
Mustard crusted tender roast beef with a horse radish cream*
Whole baked Queensland Snapper with a lemon caper butter*
Fresh Kings Prawns
Mussels mariniere – served in the traditional French provincial style, with garlic, thyme and white wine
Accompanied by traditional oven roast vegetables and seasonal greens
And Gourmet salad buffet

Entrée of house-made pumpkin and blue cheese ravioli with sage and burnt butter sauce
