St Bernards Hotel is the spectacular setting to enjoy fine food in the historic restaurant area of the hotel or the leafy courtyard overlooking Guanaba Gorge.
With an emphasis on seasonal and locally produced ingredients, the menu is constantly changing to capture the best of what is on hand. Always available though are the hotel specialty – juicy steaks, like our scotch fillet: organic, grass fed and absolutely delicious. The perfectly cooked A grade eye fillet has to be tasted to be believed.
Fancy some of the best seafood you’ll ever taste? Enjoy our calamari, line caught wild Australian ocean fish or delicious king prawns, mussels and scallops. Vegetarian? Delicious house specialities always available, such as stuffed field mushrooms, butternut pumpkin and gorgonzola dolce risotto or creamy fennel gnocchi.
