Thank you for considering St Bernards for your Wedding! We would be honoured to help you create the perfect day that you desire with our personal and dedicated wedding coordinator and our friendly staff.

St Bernards has sensational breathless views of the Gold Coast and Guanaba Gorge and is surrounding by acres of beautiful rambling gardens which gives you endless photo opportunities.

With our elegant Grande Marquee or our stylish Rafters rooms we can accommodate 20 to 200 guests.

We have a professional catering team that takes great pride in the preparation of food and our chefs are willing to personalise your menu from cocktail style, buffet or alternate drop.

On our premises we have a beautifully designed 3 bedroom luxurious lodge with stunning views. This is a wonderful start for your pre wedding preparations and wedding night. There is a range of accommodation nearby for your guests and this makes St Bernards a unique Wedding Venue.

Our Reception Package includes

The Grand Marquee and Siganto Room for five (5) hours, we set the tables in a format to suit your occasion and dress them with white linen, white chair covers and sashes, coordinating coloured linen napkins and glass ‘hurricane’ lamps/vases which can be utilised for pillar candles or floral arrangements.

You are welcome to use and choice your own decorator or florist. However, we are happy to offer this service from your wedding coordinator to help with your more personalized arrangements.

We suggest you arrange your own music and band to your liking. We can assist you if you wish.

This is a service we offer at a small cost themed to your liking.

High Tea

This would be a unique wedding. We suggest this option if you wish for a morning or mid-afternoon wedding. Special arrangements and costing can be arranged with our expert chef.

Special Diets

We can cater for dietary requirements; however we need to notify the kitchen at least one week prior to the function. We recommend making mention of this in your invitations so that all special requirements can be catered for.

Young Ones

Children under the age of 12 can be catered for at half the cost of each menu package per child.

Beverages

As we are a licensed Hotel, St Bernards is proud to offer a wide range of fine wines and spirits. Being a licensed hotel guests must purchase all beverages from the hotel; guests are not permitted to bring any beverages onto licensed premises.

We sell our beverages on consumption, which means you only pay for what your guests drink. Most parties offer their guest basic beers and wines and soft drinks on the tab, with the option for them to purchase spirits themselves.

Our Function Bar operates at Lounge Bar prices, keeping your cost very reasonable
